Ancelotti quiet on Torres speculation

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti did not want to answer questions about his club’s pursuit of Fernando Torres after their FA Cup fourth-round clash at Everton today.

The Londoners are thought to be preparing a second bid for the Liverpool striker after an initial offer, thought to be worth £35m, was rejected but prompted the player to make a transfer request.
