Agent dismisses Di Natale reports
The agent of Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale has brushed aside reports linking his client with a move to Juventus this month.
Juve announced yesterday they are in the hunt for a frontman to replace injured striker Fabio Quagliarella.
Quagliarella suffered a serious knee injury earlier this month and is out for the rest of the season, and reports in Turin have identified the 33-year-old Di Natale as a possible candidate to replace him.
However, Di Natale’s agent Bruno Carpeggiani said: “Antonio is happy in Udine and has no intention to leave the Friuli outfit.
“The rumours linking him to Juve are absolutely not true.”
The Italy international is Serie A’s joint-top scorer alongside Napoli’s Edinson Cavani with 13 goals.
