Georgios Samaras has been ruled out of Celtic‘s Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against Hamilton.

Georgios Samaras has been ruled out of Celtic‘s Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against Hamilton.

The striker was forced out of the Scottish Cup win against Berwick Rangers with a hamstring strain and will be out of action for at least 10 days.

Better news for the Hoops is that Gary Hooper (ankle), Glenn Loovens (knee) and Daryl Murphy (calf) are set to return to training next week.

Provisional squad: Forster, Wilson, Majstorovic, Mulgrew, Rogne, Izaguirre, McCourt, Ledley, Kayal, Forrest, McGinn, Hooiveld, Stokes, Crosas, Zaluska, Juarez, Towell, Ljungberg.
