Manchester City have completed the signing of Bosnia and Herzegovina striker Edin Dzeko.

Manchester City have completed the signing of Bosnia and Herzegovina striker Edin Dzeko.

The 24-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half year contract and has been handed the vacant number 10 shirt.
