Mowbray down after draw

Tony Mowbray insisted his struggling Middlesbrough side were disappointed to come away with a point in a 1-1 draw with promotion hopefuls Norwich and hinted at better times to come.

Boro quickly clawed back an early Norwich opener from Grant Holt as Julio Arca’s shot took a wicked deflection off Russell Martin, then had a second half strike by David Wheater ruled out for shirt-pulling, while Justin Hoyte hit the post late on.
