Gerrard demands more from upwardly mobile Reds

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard is not satisfied with the team’s position in the table despite their recent recovery and is keen for the squad to push on in their quest to secure a top-four finish.

The Reds are four matches unbeaten in the Barclays Premier League – with only Wednesday’s draw at Wigan preventing them taking a maximum 12 points – and are back within touching distance of Champions League qualification in ninth place.
