Dyer starts for Hammers

West Ham made two changes as they looked to move off the bottom of the Barclays Premier League with victory over West Brom at Upton Park.

Kieron Dyer replaced Valon Behrami, who has a hip problem, while Mexican winger Pablo Barrera came into attack as Victor Obinna dropped to the bench.
