The racist chanting aimed at Samuel Eto’o by Cagliari fans on Sunday has cost the Serie A club €25,000.

Cagliari were fined the sum by the Italian league after match officials opted to temporarily halt their game against Inter Milan just three minutes in due to the level of abuse aimed at Eto’o.
