Potential new owner reaches out to Liverpool fans

Prospective new Liverpool owner John W Henry has begun his dialogue with fans, expressing his hope that the ownership issue is "sorted out soon".

The 61-year-old owner of the Boston Red Sox baseball franchise is awaiting a High Court decision before he can complete a £300m (€343.5m) purchase of the club.
