Power failure puts Arsenal match in doubt

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has made half-a-dozen changes from the side beaten by West Brom for tonight’s Champions League Group H clash in Partizan Belgrade as a stadium power failure in Serbia raised questions about whether the match would start on time, if at all.

The Gunners players reportedly have no light in their dressing room and had to change using the light of their mobile phones and the floodlights were also only working intermittently.
