Benin international Boco made it 2-0 in the final minute of the half when chipping the ball over Darren Quigley after a surging run down the left.

Boco got his second just past the hour mark when firing home following a corner.

Eoin Doyle then got in on the act for Sligo with their fourth goal on 75 minutes following some neat interchanges inside the Sporting area.

Gary O'Neill got a goal back within two minutes before Kenny Browne gave the Dubliners some hope with a second on 82 minutes.

Skipper Shaun Williams pulled another goal back right on 90 minutes, but Sligo had more than done enough to win an amazing game.
