A red card for UCD midfielder Robbie Creevy turned this game as Drogheda scraped a valuable point at the UCD Bowl.

Ciaran Kilduff, who had shot against a post minutes earlier, finished off a delightful College move to put Martin Russell's side in front on 21 minutes.

Second bottom Drogheda had lost their previous six games, but got a break to level on the hour mark when Creevy was dismissed in conceding a penalty for a handball.

Glen Fitzpatrick, who began his league career at UCD, slotted home the spot kick.
