N'Zogbia back for Wigan

Charles N’Zogbia was thrust back into the Wigan line-up as manager Roberto Martinez made three changes following last weekend’s 4-0 humiliation to Blackpool.

N’Zogbia, who has been linked with a move away before the transfer window closes, missed that match at the DW Stadium after Martinez had questioned his attitude.

Hendry Thomas and Ronnie Stam, handed his first start following a summer move from FC Twente, were also included in the starting line-up, with Ben Watson, Victor Moses and Emmerson Boyce all benched.

Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti made just one change following the 6-0 drubbing of West Brom at Stamford Bridge a week ago, opting for Branislav Ivanovic at right-back ahead of Paulo Ferreira.
