Talks continue over Rovers takeover

Blackburn are continuing discussions with Indian businessman Ahsan Ali Syed over a proposed £300m (€363m) takeover.

The Lancashire club confirmed yesterday they had held “a cordial and productive meeting” with representatives of Bahrain-based Syed’s investment firm Western Gulf Advisory.
