Lawrence looking to seal Celtic switch

Stoke winger Liam Lawrence expects to complete his move to Celtic when Aiden McGeady signs for Spartak Moscow this week.

McGeady’s imminent transfer to the Russian club will give Hoops’ boss Neil Lennon an extra £9.5m to continue rebuilding his squad and some of that money will be used to bring long-time target Lawrence to Parkhead.
