Ngog desperate to prove himself

Liverpool striker David Ngog has stated his determination to remain at Anfield this season and become a better player.

The 21-year-old scored eight times in 36 matches last season, bettering his tally of the previous campaign by two, but was asked to shoulder a huge burden with Fernando Torres out injured for long spells.
