Thirty-two-year-old Pavlos Joseph is being held at a police station and will appear in a Capetown court this afternoon.

He claims he was looking for a toilet when he stumbled into the England dressing room and had words with David Beckham.

The mortgage adviser's family is with him in the country and say they believe he was being made into a scapegoat.
