UEFA rules keep Blues on their toes

Chairman Bruce Buck admits Chelsea will have to keep a close eye on spending and the club’s wage structure in the light of proposed UEFA plans to force clubs to balance their books.

The proposals will prevent clubs from spending more than they make from their revenues and aims to curb billionaire owners investing huge amounts of money.
