Murray: Rangers will have 'limited' transfer funds

David Murray has confirmed “limited funds” will be available for Rangers boss Walter Smith to buy new players this summer.

Smith has been unable to spend any money in the last three transfer windows as the club attempts to slash debts of up to £31m (€35.67m).
