Season over for Given

Manchester City have confirmed that Shay Given suffered a dislocated shoulder in the 0-0 Premier League draw at Arsenal today, ruling the goalkeeper out of the remainder of the season.

The Republic of Ireland keeper had to receive oxygen as he was carried off on a stretcher having made a fine save from Abou Diaby midway through the second half at Emirates Stadium.
