Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen has been ruled out for “two to three weeks” after suffering a calf injury in last night’s 2-1 defeat at Tottenham.

Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen has been ruled out for “two to three weeks” after suffering a calf injury in last night’s 2-1 defeat at Tottenham.

The Belgium international lasted just 19 minutes of the 2-1 defeat at White Hare Lane before he had to be replaced.
