Injury problems continue for Rovers
Sporting Fingal welcome Shamrock Rovers to the Morton Stadium for Monday afternoon’s Airtricity League clash (kick-off 3pm).
Fingal boss Liam Buckley has a strong squad to choose from and is likely to name the same starting 11 that impressed against St Pat’s on Friday night.
Lorcan Fitzgerald is set to miss out for Fingal as he recovers from a fractured cheekbone but otherwise Buckley has no injury concerns.
For Rovers, Gary Twigg (calf), Dessie Baker (broken arm), Pat Sullivan (knee), Stephen Bradley (wrist) and Paddy Kavanagh (hamstring) remain sidelined.
"It's as we were for Friday's game against UCD," said Hoops boss Michael O'Neill. "The only difference is that Chris Turner is available after serving a suspension.”
O’Neill added: "People have been saying that Sporting Fingal have had a great start to the season - but if we win this game against them we'll be level with them on points.
"We'll be doing everything we can to get those three points. We've prepared well over the Easter weekend and we're heading to Santry looking to win the game.
"Chris (Turner) is really looking forward to playing for Shamrock Rovers. He's had a tough time of it and had to go through a tough pre-season on his own, which can't have been easy.
"But now it's all over and done with, he's our player now and it'll be refreshing for him to get out on the pitch and show the supporters what he's capable of doing."
