Moyes has striker Victor Anichebe back in the squad after a rib injury, while midfielders Tim Cahill and Jack Rodwell have slight hamstring problems.

Everton provisional squad: Howard, Neville, Yobo, Senderos, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Arteta, Osman, Pienaar, Arteta, Cahill, Heitinga, Rodwell, Saha, Anichebe, Nash, Hibbert, Yakubu, Bilyaletdinov, Gosling.
