Everton boss David Moyes believes Mikel Arteta is close to his best again after a devastating display against Hull.

The Spanish playmaker scored twice and forced Richard Garcia to concede an own goal in yesterday’s convincing 5-1 win over the Barclays Premier League strugglers at Goodison Park.
