Vidic: Tackle was not a sending off offence

Nemanja Vidic has claimed his tackle on Gabriel Agbonlahor which led to Villa's penalty in this afternoon's Carling Cup final was not a red card after Manchester United beat Aston Villa 2-1 in the final.

Vidic was the last man but referee Phil Dowd neglected to show the Serbia international even a yellow card.
