The Football Association today charged Bolton striker Kevin Davies, Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock and Sheffield United boss Kevin Blackwell with improper conduct.

Davies has been charged following comments made about referee Mark Clattenburg after Bolton’s match with Fulham on February 6.
