Everton defenders Sylvain Distin and John Heitinga are available to face Tottenham on Sunday after sitting out the Europa League defeat by Sporting Lisbon.

Phillipe Senderos (hip) and Tim Cahill (calf) are both doubtful for the Barclays Premier League match at White Hart Lane.
