Defensive duo out for Celtic

Celtic will be without defenders Andreas Hinkel (thigh) and Jos Hooiveld (hamstring) for Sunday’s Active Nation Scottish Cup fifth-round tie at Dunfermline.

Both limped out of Tuesday’s shock Clydesdale Bank Premier League defeat at Kilmarnock, the game that marked Scott Brown’s return from a long-term ankle injury.

Edson Braafheid could make his debut at East End Park, Lee Naylor has recovered from a knock, while Paddy McCourt (knee) and Shaun Maloney (heel) remain sidelined.
