Kris Boyd should discover tomorrow exactly how long he faces on the sidelines after limping out of Rangers’ Active Nation Scottish Cup thriller at Hamilton with a groin injury.

The 19-goal striker had to be replaced by Andrew Little just before half-time of yesterday’s 3-3 draw at New Douglas Park.
