Rovers make four changes for Birmingham game

Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce made four changes from the side which drew at Hull for the Barclays Premier League clash with Birmingham at St Andrew’s.

Strikers Jason Roberts and Nikola Kalinic came into the side at the expense of Franco Di Santo and Benni McCarthy.
