Duff faces former club in league clash
Fulham boss Roy Hodgson recalled Damien Duff to face his former club Blackburn in the Barclays Premier League clash at Craven Cottage.
Duff was on the bench for the defeat to Birmingham at the weekend but was back in the starting XI along with Erik Nevland and John Pantsil. Hodgson had been considering returns for Andy Johnson and Danny Murphy but did not risk the pair.
Blackburn, with Neil McDonald in charge as Sam Allardyce was scheduled for surgery on a coronary artery, had Brett Emerton out, the Australian understood to have suffered a knee injury.
Keith Andrews was drafted in as a replacement, while Lars Jacobsen came in because Gael Givet had a thigh complaint.
