Lawrence: We were so unlucky

Liam Lawrence has expressed his disappointment at not being able to hold out for what would have been a famous win against Italy in Croke Park last night.

The Stoke City midfielder also talked about Ireland’s well-worked first goal, when his free-kick fooled the Italian defence to set up Glenn Whelan.
