Scotland hit by withdrawals

Celtic left-back Danny Fox is one of four players to withdraw from the Scotland squad for the friendly against Japan on Saturday.

The former England Under-21 international, who had been called up for the first time since switching allegiance, joins Rangers midfielder Kevin Thomson, Birmingham striker Garry O’Connor and Leeds winger Robert Snodgrass in pulling out.
