Portsmouth’s chaotic week has taken a fresh twist following reports from Dubai of owner Sulaiman Al Fahim being admitted to hospital.

The 32-year-old was undergoing tests after “severe kidney pains”, according to Arabian Business, a publication with which Al Fahim has close links, and is thought to be suffering from kidney stones.
