Sligo Rovers travel to Turner’s Cross to take on Cork City tonight with Paul Cook’s side desperate for a victory in the battle to avoid relegation (kick-off 6.45pm).

For City, Greg O’Halloran will be suspended following his sending off against St Pat’s, but Neal Horgan should be available for selection having made the bench last Friday.

Cork boss Paul Doolin is also hopeful that captain Dan Murray and midfielder Stephen O’Donnell will be available.

Doolin said: “We had great vocal support up in St Pat’s on Friday night, and as I have said before, a good atmosphere does help the players.

“There is no better venue than Turner’s Cross when there is a good crowd there and a good atmosphere, so I would ask everyone to get behind the players and give us their full support over the last few weeks of the season.”

Sligo travel south with a full squad to choose from with boss Paul Cook likely to start with the same side that were unlucky to lose to league leaders Shamrock Rovers on Saturday night.
