Michael Owen has been handed his first league start for Manchester United by Alex Ferguson as Burnley host top flight action after an absence of 33 years.

Owen is part of a much-changed United line-up which also includes Michael Carrick and Park Ji-sung from the side which overcame Birmingham at the weekend.
