Bray cruise past Dynamos

Bray punished “A” Championship side Tralee from two set-pieces to ease into the quarter-finals of the FAI Ford Cup at Carlisle Grounds.

Wanderers opened the scoring on 31 minutes when Tralee keeper Wayne Guthrie failed to hold a shot from Dave Massey following Gary McCabe’s free-kick and John Flood was alert to the loose ball to fire home.

Guthrie was then beaten again in first-half stoppage time when defender Dave Webster's low free-kick rounded the wall to end up in the net.
