Zhirkov a doubt for Blues

Yuri Zhirkov is doubtful for Chelsea's Community Shield showdown with Manchester United at Wembley on Sunday after suffering a knee injury in training.

Coach Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that the Russian is struggling to be fit in time for the clash.

Midfielder Joe Cole is also likely to miss out as he continues rehabilitation work on his knee.
