AC Milan have confirmed Klaas Jan Huntelaar has completed his transfer from Real Madrid and signed a four-year contract at the San Siro.

AC Milan have confirmed Klaas Jan Huntelaar has completed his transfer from Real Madrid and signed a four-year contract at the San Siro.

The two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee last night and the Dutch striker underwent a medical at the Serie A club today.
