Campbell to miss Cats tour

Sunderland new boy Fraizer Campbell will not jet off with his team-mates when they head for Portugal and Holland this weekend.

The 21-year-old striker, who completed a £3.5mmove to the Stadium of Light last week from Manchester United, will miss out on the trip to Portugal and then the Amsterdam Tournament as manager Steve Bruce gives him more time to recover from his efforts with England at the European Under-21s Championships this summer.
