Late goals flatter Newcastle against Rovers

Shamrock Rovers lost 3-0 to Newcastle United in Tallaght today, although the scoreline did not do the Dublin side justice.

Steven Taylor opened the scoring from close range in the 57th minute following a goalless first half, before Shola Ameobi made it 2-0 in the 87th minute after good work inside the penalty area.
