Hoops closing in on Mowbray

Celtic will aim to confirm Tony Mowbray as their new manager today after being given permission to speak to the West Brom manager.

On Saturday, the Glasgow club finally agreed to meet the £2m compensation fee written into Mowbray’s Baggies contract.
