Carson sits out training

West Brom goalkeeper Scott Carson was the only absentee from training as England went through their paces for the final time ahead of tomorrow night’s World Cup qualifier against Andorra.

Carson has a slight side strain but is expected to be fit if required against the part-timers and Group 6 whipping boys.
