Lerner: Success takes more than just money

Aston Villa owner Randy Lerner has insisted that financial backing alone cannot guarantee success.

Lerner was responding after being asked whether Villa would have to spend more money to compete with the likes of Manchester City and Tottenham next season in the battle for a European place.
