West Brom defender Shelton Martis looks set to miss the final game of the Barclays Premier League season at Blackburn as he requires a double hernia operation.

Ryan Donk, whose loan spell from AZ Alkmaar ends in the summer, is favourite to replace Martis and partner Jonas Olsson.
