Former Chelsea boss Avram Grant believes the club needs stability to bring success back to Stamford Bridge.

Former Chelsea boss Avram Grant believes the club needs stability to bring success back to Stamford Bridge.

Grant was sacked last summer and Luiz Felipe Scolari has arrived and departed since, with owner Roman Abramovich working with five coaches in six years.
