Everton’s new chief executive Robert Elstone fears the club’s fans will be forced to buy tickets from touts if they want to see the FA Cup final against Chelsea next month.

Elstone is angry that the club have only been allocated 25,109 for the match at Wembley on May 30, having sold over 32,000 for the semi-final victory over Manchester United at the same stadium on April 18.
