Keane buoyed by first win
Roy Keane revealed he has a “good feeling” about his Ipswich reign after his new side ran out 3-0 winners over Cardiff in the last league match at Ninian Park.
The Bluebirds were looking for the one point needed to guarantee a play-off spot and they had the perfect opportunity to settle their nerves in the 10th minute, only for leading scorer Ross McCormack to see his penalty saved by visiting keeper Richard Wright.
