Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor is winning his battle to be fit for the Barclays Premier League clash with Bolton at the Reebok Stadium.

Agbonlahor missed the 1-1 home draw with West Ham last weekend after suffering a calf strain during the previous encounter with Everton.

He will be challenging John Carew - joint top scorer alongside himself with 13 goals this season - and Emile Heskey for a starting place.

Villa boss Martin O'Neill has no fresh injury worries as his side look to end a run of 11 games without a win in all competitions.

Team (from): Friedel, L. Young, Cuellar, Davies, Shorey, Milner, Petrov, Barry, A. Young, Heskey, Carew, Agbonlahor, Guzan, Delfouneso, Gardner, Sidwell, Salifou, Knight, Reo-Coker.
