Hughes hails Given efforts

Manchester City manager Mark Hughes hailed Shay Given’s heroics which has handed the Blues hope of turning around their UEFA Cup quarter-final in the second leg at Eastlands next week.

Hughes is convinced his side can still reach the semi-finals of the competition and admitted his goalkeeper had been vital in the 3-1 defeat in Hamburg.
